Orders are packed within one to two business days. You get a tracking link by email the moment the parcel leaves the warehouse.
Delivery
Delivery options, carrier and timing for your address are shown at checkout before you pay. We ship across the EU. Standard shipping is €6.95 in the Netherlands and free from €55; €12.95 to the rest of the EU.
Returns
You can return an order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unwashed and in their original packaging.
Give a new pillow a few nights before deciding. A shaped core feels firmer than a soft pillow at first, and most people stop noticing by the fourth morning.
Damaged or wrong item
Write to us with a photo and we replace it or refund it. No return shipping for you to pay in that case.
