Order Processing

All orders placed with AURIA are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday), provided the items are in stock. While we make every effort to dispatch orders promptly, please note that delivery dates cannot be guaranteed, as transit times depend on the carrier and destination.

Order Transit

Transit time for the Netherlands is estimated at 4–7 business days (Monday to Friday) for standard shipping.

Shipping Origins and Taxes

For orders delivered within the European Union, all applicable taxes (including VAT where required) are included in the price shown at checkout. Customers will not be required to pay any additional charges upon delivery.

Return Shipping Costs

For returns, AURIA will provide customers with a prepaid return shipping label free of charge. Nothing is deducted from the refund amount once the return is processed.

Shipping Costs for the Netherlands

Standard shipping within the Netherlands costs €6.95. Orders of €55 or more ship free.

Shipping Costs for the European Union

Standard shipping to other European Union destinations costs €12.95 per order.

Shipping Costs for Other Countries

Standard shipping to destinations outside the European Union costs €19.95 per order. Import duties and taxes charged by the destination country are not included and are paid by the recipient.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs clearance, carrier operations, weather conditions, and the destination. We strive to dispatch all orders promptly and provide tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information within one to three business days. This allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery and plan for collection.
